3 Weeks Old

This was a busy week for our little bug. We had her 2-week doctor appointment and she is VERY healthy, up to 9 lb 9 oz (probably more now)! Her little belly button has healed perfectly and she had her very first bath, which she seemed to enjoy. She is awake a couple more hours during the day, but still sleeps most of the time. I talked to her doctor about her puking and dairy, etc., and he told me that since she doesn't ever puke like that more than once a day, not to worry and that she is probably just eating faster than she can digest. He said to avoid obvious trigger foods but that there is no need to cut out dairy. So I'm back to dairy (no ice cream) and we have only had a couple puke incidents since then, but not a big deal. I am learning to carry her in her sling, which she likes when I actually figure it out (practice makes perfect!). She looks bigger and different to me every single day. People have been sending her the most precious little outfits and toys, so I will be getting my thank-you cards out soon! I have done one batch, but need to do the second! :)
