1 Month Old

Little Aurélia Rose has been with us for a month now, and it has flown by SO quickly. She is awake a few more hours out of the day and eats a ton! So far she has only had breast milk and we haven't needed to supplement with formula yet. We'll see if that changes when I have to work more. There is some breast milk stored in the freezer and I'll try to keep adding more when I can. She has established a definite "witching hour" every evening from about 8-10. More than an hour...haha...I remember Ashton's was around the same time. It's so frustrating because I feed her, burp her, change her, put her in a million different positions, etc., and nothing helps until the witching hour is over. I remember with Ashton we never resolved the issue until he was about 4 months old and we started having an earlier bedtime, but it's not possible to do that with her yet. During the day she is very happy and calm though. I am waiting for her to start smiling soon. :)
