I know that in my last pregnancy, I desperately tried to exercise and it just didn't seem to work for a variety of reasons. Well, this time I am desperately going to try again! Here is the plan:
The same company who made a Couch to 5K app (Bluefin) has made a power walk app! I'm too nervous to run while pregnant, so I am going to follow this 12-week power walking program and see how that goes. Four times a week.
Three times a week I will lift weights.
Two times a week I will attend the lovely Prenatal Yoga class I was a part of while pregnant with Ashton.
Beginning Sunday, March 4. I hope I can keep up!!!
