4 Weeks Pregnant

I am very early in my pregnancy, and like with Ashton, I already feel extremely nauseous all the time. It keeps me up all night because it is worse when I lie down, so Bill and I are trying to get a recliner off of Craigslist so I can try to sleep there. All my restlessness (turning, sitting up, eating, going to the bathroom, etc.) keeps him up too, and that lasted for quite sometime in the last pregnancy as well. I'm hopeful that it means everything is healthy! It's always terrifying to be pregnant or a parent. What an enormous responsibility that never lets up! Knowing how much we absolutely adore Ashton, it almost makes the sickness more bearable. We have a tangible feeling about this baby already. So I have already been to the doctor to get my Zofran prescription early on. I don't want to experience the intensity of sickness I had in the month before I had access to it last time. I am also taking Vitamin B6 supplements, in hopes that I will be able to work and function through this. My personal goal this time around is to EXERCISE!!! I am determined not to become pre-eclamptic again and need to be induced. Also, I'd like to not have to try to lose 65 lbs this next time. I managed, but it was hard. So here's to a new pregnancy and a new adventure! Keeping up with tradition, I'll have my weekly belly pic. Also, I am still updating Ashton's blog at babyosinski.blogspot.com, where you can go ALL the way back to June 2010 and see when he was as tiny as this little one! :)

Baby size: poppyseed
