It's been a good week. I passed the glucose test, so no gestational diabetes! Yay! At my appointment yesterday my blood pressure was a healthy 102/68, so I have no signs (yet) of the pre-eclampsia that caused me to be induced with Ashton, and the doctor gave me the green light to participate in this Stroller Strong Moms fitness group I joined! I went to my first workout this morning at a park, and it was intense!! It is mainly geared towards moms with kids in strollers, but there was one other pregnant mom there who was also modifying some of the moves. We ran, lifted weights, did squats, lunges, and various yoga and Pilates moves for an hour. It was hard and it was fun! I am looking forward to after Aurélia is born and I can really push myself! For now though, I am still sore and definitely accomplishing something. It will be pretty awesome if I can keep it up until I give birth. Aurélia is doing great in there. Sometimes she kicks so hard, I'm afraid she will make a hole or break a rib. I am feeling great though and still have a lot of mobility.
