20 Weeks Pregnant

Halfway there!! Woo hoo!! The big ultrasound was yesterday and our baby girl looks very healthy, thankfully. She is very active! We have chosen the name Aurélia Rose. We got Aurélia off of a list of Ancient Roman baby names (orig. Marcus Aurelius) and it means "golden". I love that it starts with "A" (like Ashton) and that it is old, classic, and original. I also discovered, after looking through an old family document, that there was an Aurelia in my family, born in 1848! So it is special in many ways. Rose was Bill's grandmother's middle name as well as my favorite flower. The pregnancy is going well. Nausea is basically gone, and as soon as this awful cold goes away and I can start sleeping again, I may actually feel GOOD! A word I never associated with pregnancy before! I have felt the baby move quite a bit every day, which is wonderful.
