Another week of lovely nausea, some days better than others. Current food cravings have included cheese and everything COLD. Apples are good. Almonds are good too. I don't want chocolate or anything sweet, but my former self makes me eat it sometimes, and I always regret it because of the disgusting sweet taste it leaves in my mouth for hours. I've been attending rehearsals and have dealt with some very understanding colleagues who let me eat frequently to keep the nausea at bay. I'm hoping that soon this part will end. Ashton has been lifting up my shirt and laughing a lot lately. I think he definitely suspects that something is going on in there! Visits to the gym have been going well. My goal is to work myself back up to a slow 5K and keep it up as long as I can throughout the pregnancy. I also just recently got hired to teach Aqua Zumba at my former gym once a week, so I'm excited about that! I'll have a chance to dance around with my big belly...ha!
